Our hands are not just instruments for action; they also reflect our innermost emotions. Clenched fists may signify tension or frustration, while open palms can convey trust and vulnerability. The subtle curling of fingers when we are nervous or the gentle stroke of the thumb across a loved one's cheek—all of these are forms of emotional expression through our hands.

*Occasionally shipping rates fluctuate and I have no control over this.  If the rates are significantly higher for your country, I will contact you to let you know the new shipping rate before packing your artwork.  

DELIVERY

You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail immediately upon successful payment. My goal at Anna The Studio is to ship your order as soon as possible, for originals this is within 7-10 days business days.

Once your order has been given processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

RETURNS

Original artwork can be returned providing it is undamaged and in all of it's original packaging. All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it until it arrives back. Please retain proof of postage and it's recommended to always send the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged.

Art prints or custom-made items are not refundable as they are made especially for you.

Care and Cleaning

Framed Artworks

To preserve the colour, install it in a place protected from direct sunlight. Use a textile adhesive roller to remove dust.

To prevent holes, avoid pulling out single threads. If a thread is sticking out too far and is bothering you, use scissors to shorten the fibres.

Wall Hangings

To preserve the colour, install it in a place protected from direct sunlight.

As the backside of the wall hanging is glued you can use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and dirt from your artwork.

If your vacuum has an adjustable suction option, set to a low level, and take time to run the vacuum over each area 3-5 times to clear dust, dirt and hair.

Avoid using brushes on a beater bar or rotary brush nozzles that can twist or break tufted fibers.
